Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Loose watery stools in babies are usually caused by viral infection and are self limiting. The red ring around the anus is likely to be dermatitis due to loose stools.

I would suggest you the following
1. Continue exclusive breast feeding on demand.
2. Local application of zinc oxide paste at anal orifice.

Look for signs of dehydration. If there are any signs of dehydration or baby is refusing feeds , then consult your Pediatrcian for further assessment.

Take Care
Best Regards
