Suggest Treatment For Watery Diarrhea

I started yesterday afternoon with watery diarrhea. It felt like my stomach was doing flips and I was very gassy. I took in total 4 Imodium, diarrhea stopped but gas stomach flip still was happening. I woke this morning and was fine. Then this afternoon it started all over again. This time however it was green in color where yesterday it just looked like bile. Also I think it is hemroid but there has been bright blood that passes with the watery diarrhea. I have taken 4 shots of pepto and it has slowed down but I am still going. I have also drank lots of Gatorade to keep hydrated. Please help is this severe or something that should pass

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of water diarrhea since yesterday afternoon, feeling gassy, abdominal flipping, took 4 Imodium, stopped diarrhea but other symptoms remain so, green colored stool the now, passing of bright red blood, took pepto, took Gatorade, .
This is something severe and may not pass off.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Get a consultation of a Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination.
Tests of blood, stool and urine.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics.
Activated charcoal tablets and multivitamins.
Injectable antibiotics if required.
Continue taking soft diet, Gatorade.
