Hello
It seems from the history that you are having itching and watering of the eyes and this can be because of allergic condition of the eye.
The treatment in the form of steroids like FML and lubricating eye drops is correct and you can continue it as per his advice.
Since allergic conditions tend to run a long course you need to continue the eye drops as advised.
Once the acute symptoms are controlled need to stop FML and to replace it by antihistamine eye drops like olopatadine.

Thank you
