Suggest Treatment For Warm Sensation On The Left Side Of Chest

Hi for some time now I ve had a warmth feeling on the left side of my chest that I can t explain, a strange feeling in my legs and also palpitations but I went to the doctors and they checked me with this machine which requires you to have all these stickers placed on you and they said I was fine so I was referred to a gp and they said two things, it could either be anxiety or a something to do with my electrolytes so they gave me some beta blockers

Hello,

Warm sensations or burning sensation in the chest is commonly due to acid reflux, dehydration, stress, anxiety or tachycardia. You had EKG done and it showed normal reports. However, you are suggested to do stress tests and blood tests for lipid profile, Urinalysis & blood glucose to rule out any developing coronary artery disease as you have symptoms of palpitations.

If obese, control your weight & cut on refined flour, red meat, trans fat, salty food, carbs. Take whole cereals, fruits, veggies & lean protein. You can take antacids and PPI's for relieve. Avoid sedentary life and do regular walking. Avoid constipation. Stay well hydrated. Avoid stress and anxiety. You may need anxiolytic's. If hypertensive, control your blood pressure at all cost.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
