Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, diarrhea And Diaper Rash In A Child

Monday night around dinner my 14 month old, 26.5 lb, son and I sat down at the dinner table. He turned away at the sight of his food. He is normally a wonderful eater, eats just about anything anytime. I asked him one more time if he wanted to eat and then he vomitted on the high chair, dinner, and me. It was light yellow, had some food particles in it, a little mucous, and of course smelled bad. The vomit resembled sour milk and it had curddled white chunks in it. We tried water and pedialyte through the evening to try to keep him hydrated. He only took a couple ouces of water before bed. During the time frame of dinner to bed time (6p-10p) he threw a total of three times. The first was the worst, the second was mucous, and the third was a little mucous, saliva, and a lot of dry heaving. He acted as though all was well Tuesday but Tuesday til present (Thursday afternoon) he has had foul, rotten, yellowish white creamy diarrhea. No chunks, nothing solid. Almost smells like rotten cheese, it seemed somewhat sulfuric too. I have a strong stomach and the normal poop and vomit smells do no phase me but this time around I was almost gagging. The diarrhea gave him diaper rash right away. His appetite has come back but not as strong as it was before he got sick. Hes normally always happy but right now hes moody and irritable. What is contributing to this diarrhea? Does he need an antibiotic if it does not go away? He has been on Vitamin D milk and solid foods for awhile, I introduce new foods off and on but nothing new around the time he got sick or since. Any advice?
