Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating And Heart Palpitation

Today I had sudden heart palpitations and sweats, felt very faint and weak. The day before this I felt very off food and slight stomach cramps. I discovered some chicken in the fridge which was ever so slightly smelling bad - I ate this for dinner the night before I first felt ill. I had slightly loose stools but nothing too bad, wasn t vomiting but have felt weak for two days and nearly fainted. Could bad food cause these symptoms?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have vomiting, weakness, sweating and heart palpitation. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , atrial fibrillation , labyrinthitis , anxiety disorder , food poisoning , medication reaction or side-effect or diabetic ketoacidosis . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like blood test , take history and check vitals . Doctor may also order ECG along with urine test and ECG. Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , vitamin supplement .Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem . For now keep yourself hydrated , take proper rest and eat light and small meals . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist for heart problem .
