Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion vomiting for seven months need to be evaluated with ultrasound of tummy of your baby due to some possible reasons such as pyloric stenosis in which stomach is narrowed at the end which causes persistent vomiting. Reflux of food should also be ruled out in this baby through milk scan or manometry.

Please consult your physician for these investigations. For current treatment you can make the baby sit upright after feed, start semisolids and can use prokinetic drugs such as syrup domperidone.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
