Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Throat Pain

My 9 year old threw up late Thursday night after what I thought was just eating too much at a local festival. Since then (3 days now) she is complaining of her belly aching. When I ask her to describe how it feels she says it feels like she is going to throw up. You should know that she HATES getting sick, almost to the point where I have to tell her not to swallow her vomit. Could she just be stressing herself out about getting sick again or should I contact her physician. She has had absolutely no fever but her appetite has diminished.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history related to your 9 year old daughter vomited on Thursday after probable over-eating at local festival. Since three days she is complaining of stomach pain and nausea.Wants to know whether she is stressed out or need to see a Doctor.
Since she is having the symptoms still after 3 days, it is better to get a clinical evaluation and examination done. May needs investigations of the blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasonography and X-ray in the standing position.
This will give an idea and if any of the tests id positive and if there is clinical evidence then a probable diagnosis and a proper treatment can be planned.
Take her to the Physician/Pediatrician preferably.
