Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Neck Pain

My dad is 83 and last Friday he started throwing up. His throw up is green. He does this then he can eat. He is complaining that his neck and both of his calves hurt badly. He has seen a doctor and a PA on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and again today. They say it is a virus but he is not getting better. Suggestions?

Hi, for vomitting domperidone can be taken.
If pain is severe analgesic can be taken.
Here throat exMINATION is needed.Is there sore throat??
If still complaint then antibiotic can be tried.
