Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo

Hi Dr me sweta from Nepal,my son who is 7 years 2 months old he is suffering from vitiligo may be from 6months bt we noticed 2 months ago n now he is taking medicine,bt I am so worry pls tell me the best treatment way from my boy,it's jst started in hand n leg finger tips,pls where should we go for treatment

there is no single best therapy for vitiligo, it depends on patient condition, age, distribution of lesion. PUVA therapy is well established treatment but cant use in your child it should be used after 11 years. oral mini pulse of betamethasone should be given to prevent spread and for repigmentation . topical tacrolimus, topical placentrex gel and topical florinated steroid(flucinolone steroid) should be applied twice daily.
