3. Vit D supplements also can be improved through diet and sun exposure. Diet should include cod liver
oil, salmon, yoghurt, egg, liver, beef, swiss cheese, etc.
4. My advise, would be for you to give it a try. Also take pantoprazole
or antacids for gastritis
. Along with food, side effects should be fewer.
