Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your neuropathy is mostly due to vit b12 deficiency. You should take a course of vitamin b12 injection. You should also check your blood sugar level. Because diabetes can also leads to neuropathy. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
