Hi, Am working in BPO I used to see/work the systems around 8 to 10 hours per day and one year ago I was not able to the system when am looking that am feeling very glarness like if you looks is sun directly without wearing any cooling glasses then I went one eye hospital and checked there and they said -0.5 in right eye and -0.25 in left then I weared the spectacles, I used to wear that once am going to use the system then i won't use while not using that. It will increase the power (as per my knowledge i mean to see the power is called -0.5)problem or not. what is the consultation fees for 1 visit). Also if any one got eye problem and they started to use the specs and they used to wear only using the system other than that they won't use and all and about this issue some people says that will make an increase of the power is that true also once they started to use specs they needs to use it always plz advice.thats correct or not
