Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

I am a 43 female, 67kgs, 176cm height, two years ago I had a episode of vertigo and spent two days in hospital. I still feel light headed/off balance, i do have low blood pressure, I dont know if its stress related, i suffer from regular headaches and have had cat scans and all clear, but why is it continuing? I feel like I am on a wharf, and gripping on with my toes so I dont loose balance?

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear may be suffering from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Other possibilities like viral labyrythitis, vestibular neuronitis etc. Cardiac, neurological conditions also may cause you vertigo. Tab. Diligon 25 mg twice a day for 5days. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask.

Take care.
