Hello,

The cause for vertigo need to be identified for proper management. The labyrinth inflammation, middle ear infection, central pontine or cerebellum cause, persistent hypoglycemia, low blood pressure are some of the causes.

So ear examination by Otoscopy, random blood sugar estimation, blood pressure measurement. CBC can be done according to need.

Promethazine or betahistine can be prescribed Meanwhile. I suggest you to consult otorhinolaryngologist for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
