I am 35 yrs old and a journalist based i lucknow.Kindly advise me necessary tests to digonse my actual problem or suggest me any doctor at Lucknow I have (1) vertigo, dizziness; -balancing sensation; -chronic (since 98) -continuous (while sitting; ; while standing; ; while walking) worse -after drinking; alcohol (was heavy intaker of alcohal drinks till a year back) But now left drinking completely since december 2009 -from smoking (was a chain smoker but left it since few months); better -by lying down; (2) heaviness feeling affected right side of nose, face, mouth, throat and now extended to chest (where i feel discomfort and heaviness around right shoulder and pain in back of right shoulder -hevaviness and feeling as if blocked in right nostril inside with pressure in root, below right eye, above right eye on forhead (but all is without any pain) -discharge (crust, crubs inside, sometimes watery, elastic type) -problem of chronic sinusitis (hypertrophy of nasal turbinates-conchie) -inflammation inside nasal passage -sweating on forehead -Pus formed around teeth (recently revealed through x ray of the last tooth of upper jaw in right side) -There were a root cannal treatment in 2005 but was failed and since than along with that tooth ( last tooth of upper jaw in right side) 2-3 other tooths are hollow (3) constipation -colour of stool normally dark (brown, black, dark green) -sticky (not hard, stick tightly to the latrene floar) (4) frequent urination -strong urge to urinate -heavy pressure -cloudy urine -strong odour ---- CT scan of HEAD is normal
