Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Dull Headaches

I have vertigo about every 2 to 4 weeks. It starts with the top of my head feeling heavy and a dull headache, then the vertigo starts and the nausea. Bending down or turning my head makes it worse. The spinning and dizziness makes it hard to function and it seems it happens more and more often.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Such type of vertigo is mostly due to ear problem.( allergy, infection ,) injury with damage to ear )
You should take rest in bed. Do not move neck to induce dizziness.
Over the counter pill Cinnarizine 25 mg can be taken to relieve the symptoms..
Once the dizziness & nausea are controlled consult an ENT specialist for detailed check up & needful investigations followed by specific management for complete relief.
Thanks
