elo doctor, i have a problem on my left testicle. it might be a varicocle. cos i feel somme little discomfort on my testicle and i can feel the veins is big.if this is really varicocle could you give me advise on what i should eat or take vitamins or something? cos i want to treat it naturally

Varicose veins needs clinical examination and ultrasound scan to know grade. Treatment for grade 3 is surgery. Grade 1 and 2 can be treated with non surgical treatment.
