Welcome to HCM This is Dr Amit. Before starting the treatment I will suggest you to do color doppler for the varicose veins to see how sever it is and consult the surgeon as early as possible Treatment of varicose veins is divided into non pharmacological and pharmacological. Non pharmacological treatment are 1 compression stocking 2 regular exercise 3 avoid prolonged standing 4 elevate the affected area while taking rest
Depending upon the severity and pain you can undergo through pharmacological treatment like 1 radio frequency or endothelial ablation 2 ultrasound guided scleropathy and at the last surgical procedure. Hope this information will help you. Feel free to ask if you have any questions Regards
