Surgery is an option if the symptoms are not getting better or if the semen analysis is abnormal. Usually there are no natural remedies for this condition.
Usually varicoceole is more common on left side than the right side. Recent research suggests that in infertile males who have varicoceole as well, 81% of them are having infertility because of varicoceole. If i were your treating doctor then i would send you for semen analysis, doppler scan and few hormones to see if varicoceole has affected your reproductive functions and then decide if you are a candidate for surgery or not. In your case as its only grade one you MIGHT only need monitoring of labs. You may needs few more tests to rule out few related conditions. Please contact your treating doctor.
Many thanks for asking my opinion, i hope i have answered your queries. if you have any further question then please ask.
Wish you good health.
