In the last few weeks I ve been feeling like I might have genital warts as I think inside on the vagina wall at the back I have a growth almost like a cauliflower head as described online however I m not sure if this is supposed to be here or not... I m worried - Rachel
Hi Rachel, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic. I will suggest you to get a gynecology check up done including per speculum and per vaginal examination. Your treating doctor will suggest you the best treatment for the wart like growth.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a combination kit containing Azithromycin, Fluconazole and Ornidazole, for you and your partner.
Please get proper sex counseling done about safe and protected sex activity, this helps you to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
I hope this answer helps you. Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
