Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Thrush

Hi! I am 32 and have had recurrent thrush for almost 10 years (especially bad before my period) I have changed my diet / wear loose clothes etc (all the 10 years worth of internet research!) have been tested numerous times for diabetes/ std s -all which have come back clear. I have gone on maintenance tablets for months on end (fluconazole). Nothing really seems to stop it for completely though even with the pills. I have a boyfriend for over 8 years and have never not used a condom -even though I am on the contraceptive pill- as I am petrified I will pass it to him and what if I want to start a family soon? any suggestions?
