Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Pain

I have bad pain in my vagina and it s been getting worse and I don t have a normal period no more it hurts to have sex I had a abnormal pap smear over a year ago but never went back I stay in so much pain and getting infectious all the time in also gets to were it goes in to my lower stomach feels like something stabbing me and puts me to the floor crying

Hello,

Pain may be due to some pelvic pathology, most probably PID. But to rule out other things you need to get USG abdomen done. If its infectious down there get an examination by a gynecologist and repeat pap smear. For abnormal periods get a hormonal profile done.
