Hi,
I understand your query.
Actually relaxation of vaginal muscles & lubrication by secretions of vaginal mucus membrane normally follow sexual arousal / deep interest in sex of the woman partner.
- You should therefore try to have sex when you really want it, get sufficiently aroused before penetration is tried.
Vitamin E helps when taken orally 500 mg per day for 15 days.
- If you find no result, or it's still painful it's abnormal spasm of vaginal muscles .You should consult a gynecologist/ psychotherapist/physical therapst for treatment.
Thanks.
