Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

Hi, I am 22 years old and I would say for the past 6 months at least I have been experiencing pretty severe vaginal itching, the weird part however is that only my labia major has the itch, no internal itching at all. I do not shave down there, and I have tried switching to all natural hypoallergenic soaps. I am sexual active but with the same man for the past 7 years and no worries of STI s. I am a nursing student and I ve also searched the Internet and no one that I can find has an issue with only the outer skin of the labIA majora. Any ideas?

Hi there,
I have understood your concern and i will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

I would suggest you to keep private parts clean and dry.
Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for antihistamine like Cetrizine and combination kit containing Azithromycin, Fluconazole and Ornidazole for you and your partner. Apply locally any ointment that contains Antibacterial, anti fungal and mild steroid agent twice a day for a week.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
