Hi,

Bumps in Labia could be due to minor infectious conditions like sebaceous cyst, genital herpes etc. In your case, it might be a allergic reaction to dish wash.
I advice you to:
- A course of Antibiotics (tab. Amoxiclav 625 mg twice daily) if needed
- Daily Sitz bath
- Analgesics (Ibuprofen) to get relieved of pain
- Avoid using tampons as it may worsen your symptoms
- Wear cotton inner wear
- Maintain good hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
