Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection

I have a vaginal discharge greenish to yellow brown color. Did the home test AZO for UTI test and was positive for Leukocytes and negative for Nitrite. Have called several Ob-Gyn for and appt. and they are either not taking new patients or 3 to 6 months out. I have no regular doctor as I have not been sick or had a period in 14 years. My husband has ed so no sex there for eons. Is there an otc I can get? Thank you

Hi
It looks like you might have a vaginal infection or a urinary tract infection. For both you would need sntibiotics. The right way to do this is to do a vaginal swab or a urine culture to know the offending pathogen and the most effective antibiotic. Even a GP can do these tests. Thus I would suggest you visit a doctor/ community nurse and get the right treatment.
Thanks
