I m not sexual active at all I m a virgin and its not a yeast infection but I do have chromes disease but I am on treatment and have been for 2 years I really want to know what is wrong with my vagina I m sick of this
Being a virgin does rule out many sexually transmitted disease and so you should have a simple infection that should be easy to treat. You should have mentioned the treatment you are on, which would have helped me to look into its accuracy and if I could have advised a substitute.
But I do not rule out treatment using antibiotics and clotrimazole. Please speak to your doctor about initiating both and continuing them for a long enough duration to adequately treat your infection, and not a short course.
In the meantime, drink plenty of water, keep changing your inner wear or sanitary napkins, keep the area clean and dry, do not masturbate, do not insert anything into your vagina, and avoid touching it with your hands directly.
Best wishes.
