Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Cramps

PLEASE HELP,
I had my period and everything seemed normal, around 14 days later I had brown discharge, the following day I had a small amount of bleeding with dark clots. every day following I have had discharge with a little blood or brown. I also have cramping, bloating, and lower back pain. I have a known history of having a cyst, but that usually only makes my periods heavy at times and more painful. I have never experienced anything like this. I am healthy and usually am very regular with no spotting. My husband and I use condoms. We had intercourse only before what seemed like my normal period..

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response

Hi, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of dysmenorrhea, I would come up with three possibilities, these include:
1.     endometriosis or adenomyosis in the uterus: it needs USG and a serum CA-125 TEST FOR CONFIRMATION
2.     The second possibility is of VAGINAL INFECTION / ULCER COULD BE SOME INFECTED CYSTS! It needs antibiotics.
3.     The last possibility is of Cervical inflammation, cyst or could be some tumo. This needs TVS and PAP test.

Stomach cramps are usually related to acidity, indigestion or peptic ulcers and needs endoscopic biopsy for confirmation.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
