Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Plan B

I had unprotected sex on the 16th and took plan b on the 17th (lass than 24 hours later). I bled somewhat heavy on the 24-26 but it was still lighter and shorter than my normal period. I just went to the bathroom now and noticed some bleeding starting. I just want to know what is happening and what s the possibility of my being pregnant
