Suggest Treatment For Uveitis

I am hlab 27 positive - have suffered from uveitis - this disorder causes inflammation in my eyes. My sister tested positive for hlab27 - this direr attracts her bladder. Her daughter has tested positive as well - was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. My sister now has gastritis, colitis and is always in pain. Is there a specialist who can treat specifically for this disorder? Other than a rheumatologist? I believe a lot of problems my sister is having is related to the side effects of some of her meds

Hello and welcome to HCM,
HLA B 27 positivity leads to various disease manifestations like uveitis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.
Management of all these disorders requires various medications.
These medications can lead to gastrointestinal complications like gastritis, colitis etc.
In order to prevent these side effects, certain medicines are required which can prevent these side effects.
Proton pump inhibitor is a class of drug which prevents symptoms of acidity and gastritis and colitis.
Please consult your treating doctor for prescription of drug.
