OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The sonographic report is suggestive of multiple fibroids in the uterus. Rest of the findings are normal. To comment further, I need more details like your menstrual history, marital status and need for reproduction and also if you are on any treatment currently. When fertility is required, laparascopic or hysteroscopic myomectomy can be done if medical treatments fail. When reproductive function is completed, hysterectomy is the better option. Please see a specialist for a proper clinical appraisal. Hope this helps.
