Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroids

Hi Doc, Recently I have diagnosed with Uterine fibroid with Submucosal extention. Following are the results: 1. The Uterus is retroverted, and meaures 10.9*8.8*8.7 cms. Its bulky 2. An intramural fibroid of 6.8*5.6*6.0 cm is seen in the posterior wall 3. The fibroid is pushing the endometrial cavity anteriorly in the mid segment. about for my pregnancy ?? Need an Could you help me out with the best possible solution. Is it something to worry

hi please let me know your age.and exact size of submucous fibroid.
if submucous fibroid. is indenting cavity. then it should be removed surgicaly all management depends on exact size, location of fibroid,further treatment plan regarding. fertility treatment and detail clinical history.
