Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroid,ovarian Cysts And Free Fluid In Pelvis

hetereogeneous myometrium, possible fibroid within anterior body @ 2.9 cm, bilateral complex cysts measuring 1.3 and 1.8cm, and some free fluid within pelvis. 2 months ago, ultrasound revealed only functional cyst, so seems like a significant change. Possibly not relevant, but blood work over last couple of months shows Bcomplex deficiency and elevated calcium. Currently recovering from bilateral mastectomy due to borderline phyllodes tumor. Seeking your diagnostic opinion while waiting on gynecology appt.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The sonogram should be repeated, preferably in the trans-vaginal route, in a month to see if there is any progress in the size of the ovarian cysts. Conservative management is usually the norm for smaller cysts, less than 2.5 cm. If the pathology is considered doubtful, even smaller cysts are managed surgically and histopathological examination is done. Intramural and subserosal fibroids are usually not problematic; the sub-mucosal ones cause excessive bleeding and also lead to polypoid formation. Hope you find this information useful.
