Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroid
I have severe pain in lower back and pain and cramps in legs. Pass a lot of urine at night and I have bleeding piles too. My uterus is bulky (USG) with fibroids. Ovaries have cysts too. My Rh factor is 24 with joint pains. I feel very tired and unwell all the time. Please help.

According to your history the possible causes of your problem are:
- General conditions like anemia due to previous abortion, other factors like thyroid hormonal abnormalities serum prolactin level fluctuations, etc.
- Hormonal causes like polycystic ovarian disease.
- Sometimes due to the previous D and C there is possibility of adhesions leading to Asherman's syndrome, which can lead to hypermenorrhea.
To find out the possible cause, please consult your gynecologist once, get examined and undergo investigations like ultrasound, hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels, thyroid profile and serum prolactin levels, etc. With this work up the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
-In case of anemia you have to improve the blood hemoglobin level.
-In case of hormonal imbalance, the hormonal levels to be corrected.
-In case of Sherman syndrome, you may need operative hysteroscopy to release the adhesions.
