Suggest Treatment For Urine Infection

my partner aged 68 has attended a local walk in centre today and told she has a probable water infection however she feels the need to urinate constantly but can only at present pass small drips , she has anti biotics at 2 per day for 3 days is there anything she can try to relieve this please

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
