General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
First you have to confirm the UTI by urine culture and antibiotic test.
And you have to take the proper antibiotic. It will take time to resolves (8-10 days) and you have to complete the course of the antibiotic to prevent the recurrence.
You can also take tablet nitrofurantoin and tablet pyridium.
Drink plenty of waters (3-4 liter) and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Always empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty the bladder. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
So consult the urologist and take proper antibiotic.
Hope this may help you
