Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection And Blood In Urine

My wife had diverticulitis about 5 years ago resulting in a colostomy. she also has MS. Recently she developed UTI. She could not keep the antibiotics down due to vomiting. She also passes blood in her urine. Now she shows fecal matter in her urine. Due to her MS, she does not seek medical treatment. I am only asking to determine her life expectancy as this condition is worsening.

Based on the facts that you have posted your wife seems to have multiple health issue like M S,UTI and diverticulosis of colon etc and now sheis passing feces in urine .

Passing feces in urine is suggestive of fistulous communication between bladder and colon (Vesico Rectal Fistula ) which is a grave complication which may lead retrograde infection and gradually into renal failure .

In view of all these problems her expectancy of life is very short (few months)
