Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me advise you that, your symptoms are very suggestive of obstructive urination, and blood in urine is abnormal.
You must have an examination, by an Urologist, urgently.
You should mention your age and gender, as causes for your symptoms differ, in the two. Any way, you'll need to do certain tests like, urine routine and culture, if possible, and blood urea, creatinine, sugar, PSA(if male above 45), and an ultrasound scan of abdomen are a must.
You can contact me here, with all reports, for an expert opinion.
