Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

I am 34 years of age, being treated for kidney stones in both kidneys, and have found out that I have degenerating and bulging disks in my spine. Here lately I have had the problem of waking up to a wet bed and didnt realize that it wasnt that I spilled my bottle of water, but urinating in my bed. I dont understand, being that I am up all times of the night off and on. Please what can I do to help this. I am calling my doctor next week but since I got up a couple of hours ago, I have changed my clothes and showered twice because I can not hold my urine. thanks

This is called Urinary incontinence which the loss of bladder control. This is a common and often embarrassing problem.
