Suggest treatment for urinary incontinence

I had laser prostrate surgery done two years back.now have freequent urination every 2-3 hours and feeling of urge post urination and wait to let drops stop or else there cud b drops spliings.majkr problem js night.my retention power is good.my ultrasound on prostrate is good with lost void 11 ml left.the culture uri e report is normal.I am sixty now .doc has prescribed solitral.will it help.what is wrong.do I need todo more tests.

I think the prostate hypertrophy is reported again since you did the procedure. You should continue with Xatral as advised by your doctor and it will help.
