Sir, Greetings of the day Myself is S S Ahmad age 48 years. I have a problem of dripping of urine since last 15 years. I never thought that it is a problem. Recently I gone some literature on Prostate Gland and came to know that due to this it may be a problem. The ultrasound report say pre void urine measures approx. 1056cc Post void residual urine measure approx. 59 cc (minimally significant) Prostate: is normal size and measure 26 cc in volume. No diffuse or focal lesion seen. The doctor has prescribed me tablet Flotral 10, for three months, one tablet at sleeping time in the night daily. Sir, please tell me weather this problem will be solved or not. At the same time what kind of dietary and lifestyle changes are necessary. These days I am on fasting due to the month of Ramadhan so during the day time i may not take plenty of water. Please advise me that it will be O K to take the tablet or I should start after the month of Ramadhan. I will wait for your advise eagerly. Please help me. Thanks With warm regard SSAhmad (M) 0000)
