I have had frequent urination for 2 months. About three weeks ago blood was found in my urine. Cipro was prescribed and no blood or infection was found in my urine. Originally I was urinating every 5-10 minutes and not sleeping at night. It is now every 25-30 minutes I urinate. I am able to sleep for 5-6 hours without urinating but wake up in pain because I have to urinate. I am confused bc there are no signs of infection in my urine and after I Urinate it feels like I have to go again. I will urinate again shortly after and a drop or two comes out
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. For your problemfirst of all I need know your age and sex. Because if you are old age male then it can be due to benign prostatic hyperplasia and you should go for ultrasoundprostate to know exact size and volume. Drugs like prazocin and finateride are helpful. You should also go for urine routine and microscopic examination to search for urinary tract infection. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
