Suggest Treatment For Ureaplasma Infection During Pregnancy

Hello! I m 30 weeks pregnant and just been diagnosed with ureaplasma. My bacteria is only sensitive to doxycycline, and my gyn says I should take the therapy because risks of that drug are almost none, but from bacteria I could get in preterm labour and have other complications. What is your oppinon?

Hi..by 30 weeks pregnancy the development of baby is almost complete..so if I would be your doctor then after considering risk verses benefit ratio I would suggest you the same treatment as your doctor advised you..
