Suggest Treatment For Upper Stomach Pain And Constipation

Hi i am not getting proper motions from last two weeks. By not proper i mean once in two day. Also i experience pain in uppar left stomach area which last for some time and disappear. When i pass stool i need to try a bit hard it was never this way.

Welcome to healthcaremagic.

I read your problem and would say that you are still not constipated but are prone to.And little symptoms of gastritis.You can take around two spoons of stool softener at bedtime as needed and tablet pantoprazole 40mg empty stomach for 10 days.I would suggest you these;

Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Fiber and water help the colon pass stool.

Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless fluid restricted for another medical condition).

Exercise regularly.

Move your bowels when you feel the urge.

Stop taking alcohol,tobacco,acidic beverages such as coffee (both caffeinated and decaffeinated), carbonated beverages, and fruit juices with citric acid
NSAIDS, such as aspirin and ibuprofen -- switch to other pain relievers (like acetaminophen)

Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience stomach pains, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.
