Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain

I woke up with intense pain in my upper abdomen. it comes and goes, but when it comes, it is extreme. I keep going to the bathroom, but dont "go". No gas. IT feels like pressure building up and a few maybe 10-15 seconds later, it fades away. Then it returns a few minutes later. I just want to double over, but that makes it worse. What can I do? I dont want to drive a car even.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Yes, it will be difficult to drive a car in this condition.
Your symptoms are more likely be due to intestinal colic or ureteric colic.

Such spasmodic nature of the pain can be controlled by a tablet of Dicyclomin or such an anti-spasmodic tablets. Please take a tablet if you have, you can also take a tablet of painkiller or so for you to reach the ER.
You may better call someone so that you do not have to drive the car
