Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain And Bloating

I have been having some stomach issues for the past month. Very bad stomach pain in my upper middle stomach area. Around belly button. Cramping, bloating, sharp pains, nausea, fullness after eating very little, unintended weight loss due to not being able to eat that much, not going #2 like I used to, pain worse after eating. I went to ER and they did all these tests, scans, ultra sounds, etc. They found nothing wrong. No tumors, lesions, cysts, nothing in my blood or urine. Doc said it was endometriosis, but I m not sure that is correct. The pain is very bad daily. I think it might be something else. Waiting for my new insurance to kick in before going to see another doctor. But I don t think it s what the ER doctor said.Thought maybe lactose intolerance, but changed diet and still hurts.

The most common causes needs to be ruled out here if this is the abdominal pain of diffuse quality, first of it can be infection of intestine, renal system, biliary, gastric, acid peptic disease among them acid peptic disease is more common (Dyspepsia) for differentiation of to reach up to final diagnosis it may requires numbers of investigations and test, it is very early or can not say anything about other illness as you are suspected, abdomen symptoms are much challenging for doctor.
