Suggest Treatment For Uncontrolled Hypertension

My age is 45, height is 6'0 ft, 240"lbs. Also have MS for 12 yrs now and pre diabetes. My blood pressure is 138 Over 101 as of 2 days ago. I already take 2 meds. Hydrochlorothiazide 50mg and Lisinopril 10mg once a day. Pressure seems to be not changing. Been taking meds for like 4 months now. What should I do?????????????

You can increase the dose of Lisinopril, take Lisinopril 10 mg twice a day.
