Suggest Treatment For Uncomfortable Pain In Left Side Of Chest
I ve had an uncomfortable pain in my left side just under chest for a dew days which also feels bloated. At first made me feel sick and was sick but just flem. Have felt tired, lack of appetite, slight numbness in arm, horrible taste in mouth which makes it sore too and wont go, had gaviscon but not helped.

It may be due to something called costochondritis.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain relief.
