Suggest Treatment For Ulcer And Burning Sensation When Having Deep Vein Thrombosis

i am suffering from DVT after post operation for ACL
i stopped using stockings since one year due to itching problem while wearing stockings
now at the lower limb area the skin colour has been changed and the skin has become smooth now i have developed ulcer on the skin and having severe burning sensation which i cannot tolerate. for which i am taking pain killers to avoid burning sensation
what should i do for healing of the ulcer and for getting remidy for burning sensation
could not wear the stockings now as there is ulcer

please help me

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such lesion needs to be taken great care particularly for infection, if this is the infection then I would suggest to take Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice in day for 10 days, try to keep the leg in elevated position, with the history of deep vein thrombosis it hast to be treated well crab bandage is compulsory for the healing of wound all the necessary treatment has to be given, otherwise it wont heal, then chances of facing some complication is likely hope this information helps.
